Proposal
Mason proposed while we were out golfing. Golf is something that we really enjoy doing as a couple. When we were on the 18th green, Mason slipped a golf ball that said 'Marry Me?' in the hole without me seeing. When we finished putting I pulled the ball out and read what was written. Then Mason got down on one knee, pulled out the ring, and asked me to marry him! I was completely surprised and overjoyed. Afterwards, we went around to tell the good news to all of our family. We can hardly wait for our wedding day to be here!
How They Met
Mason and I are high school sweethearts. We both went to Trinity High School in Dickinson, ND. Mason had gotten my number through a mutual friend, and when he asked me out the first time I turned him down. Months later, we both volunteered to work behind the scenes for our school's play. We got to know each other better and quickly became friends. Not long after the play was over we started dating.
