Proposal
Our engagement story was anything but smooth! Right before the pandemic hit the US in March, Jonathon and I vacationed in Arizona- which happens to be my favorite place. Jonathon had a plan to propose on our hike up Camelback mountain and we got almost to the top and I started to feel not well and asked to go back down. I ruined plan A. Then we had planned to go a spring training game the next day where Jonathon thought about making it plan B but it got RAINED out in Arizona?! Then on our final day of our trip we went on a nice stroll where we could overlook some neighboring mountains and he surprised me on this bridge with the most beautiful ring. He was finally able to ask me to be his bride! Looking back I am glad that it turned out the way it did so we don’t have to climb a mountain to go back to where we got engaged!
How They Met
Jonathon and I met when we were just babies in school. I swooned from afar on the school bus and we started dating once we got to know each other in high school. We endured 4 years of long distance in college. Once I was able to move back and start my career, we started our adult lives together. We decided we still can’t imagine our lives apart and now we have a furbaby, a house, and are ready to say “I Do!”
